So what I have to be hot until now :
1- Get clean
+ Bathe at least once a day. But don't wash your hair everyday
+ Wash with a nice smelling body soap three times with a bathing sponge
+ and rub in some rich body lotion. don't neglect your hands, elbows, and feet.
+ layer matching scents on your body such as soap, lotion, powder, and perfume.
(I done of this and it's be one of my habit , but I need new colaction cuz my colaction fineshed )
2-Practice good dental hygiene as well
+ Clean your tongue every morning for fresh breath (with a tongue cleaner or toothbrush & mouth wash)
+ brush your teeth at lest twice a day
+ Always keep mints
( I need to rebet cuz it's not being my hapits at night)
3- Get groomed
+ keep it neat and tidy
+ Trim finger and toe nails weekly, remembering to clean under the nail
+ nail polish colors are needed
+ do your eye brows with tweezers numb them with an ice cube then soothe them with any cream but
+ Once every 2 or 3 weeks spa day at home.(a manicure, pedicure, facial, and bubble bath)

4- Style your hair
+ A new cut or style

5- Show your style
(new)
6- Dance
(now is one of my work out plan )

So my new plan it's to tek one thing and focus on it for a 10 day
Or ( one for every day and one for mn youm le youm lol)
I will start with
